Free profile tools let professionals add local service details while families research Medicare, care and medical equipment.
DELRAY BEACH, FL, UNITED STATES, November 4, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — PlanScoutUS LLC is inviting licensed Medicare agents and care providers to use its free profile tools to keep information current for families researching coverage and care. The invitation includes home medical equipment and durable medical equipment companies, home health and hospice providers, home care organizations and care facilities.
The tools address a practical part of care planning: finding out what a local business does, where it serves and what to ask before calling. Providers can claim an existing listing and add information about services, hours, delivery areas and insurance accepted. They can also submit a Lookbook with a description of the business and up to eight photos for review.
“A family looking for a walker or help at home needs details they can act on,” said Jordan Soblick, founder of PlanScout. “We want the people providing that help to have a free way to keep their information current.”
For equipment suppliers, a profile can bring together the Medicare supplier record with information the business supplies about equipment, delivery and service areas. Families can use those details to identify a business to contact and confirm availability, coverage and any out-of-pocket cost directly.
Provider ownership checks use a work-email sign-in and a call to the number on the public record. Provider-written descriptions and photos are reviewed before publication. Those additions are labeled separately from Medicare facts, and providers cannot edit Medicare quality ratings.
Licensed Medicare agents follow a separate application process. Applicants confirm their email, provide their National Producer Number and licensed states, and undergo license checks and human review. Approved agents choose whether their profile is public. Profiles can describe service areas, languages and meeting preferences. Agencies and marketing organizations can invite their agents to apply; each applicant goes through the same checks.
Agent profiles have no lead fees or membership cost. Care-provider listings are free, with no paid placement or referral fees. A complete listing gives families a path to the provider’s website or phone number while researching local equipment and care.
